Certified Baddie Dance Studio – Studio Policies

Effective as of August 2023

To keep our space safe, empowering, and welcoming for all, we ask that you review and respect the following studio policies. By attending a class at Certified Baddie Dance Studio, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

👜 Personal Belongings

  • Certified Baddie Dance Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

  • Any items left behind will be held for a limited time and donated or discarded on the 1st of each month.

🗓️ Class Cancellations & Fees

  • Class cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time in order to receive class credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance will result in a $10 late cancel fee.

  • No-shows will be charged a $20 fee.

  • No Late Entry into class after 15 mins into class. This is for your safety.

  • Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

  • No refunds regardless of circumstance

Instructor Substitution Policy

Classes are subject to instructor changes when necessary due to illness, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. While we always aim to keep the scheduled instructor, substitutions may occur last minute.

Because we are a small business, we are unable to offer credits or refunds for instructor substitutions. All instructors are trained to provide a high-quality experience, and we do our best to ensure every class is still valuable and enjoyable.

The standard cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of instructor changes. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

  • Certified Baddie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, in accordance with California law.

💖 Respect & Community Expectations

  • Kindness is a must. We are a community built on empowerment, not comparison.

  • Harassment, bullying, or any inappropriate behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the studio and/or class without refund.

  • Please be respectful of instructors’ time and space. Disruptive behavior during class will not be permitted.

  • Class etiquette includes arriving on time, staying off your phone during class, and listening actively.

🚭 Smoking & Substances

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the studio or on studio premises at any time.

  • Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave immediately for the safety of everyone.
