3. Booking & Membership Services

Bookings and memberships are processed through approved third-party platforms such as Mariana Tek, Mindbody, or others listed on our site. By booking with us, you also agree to those platform’s terms of service.

We may offer:

Drop-in classes
Class packs
Monthly/recurring memberships
Special event/workshop tickets
Online video tutorials or course bundles

All purchases are subject to availability, scheduling, and expiration policies, as posted on our booking platform.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse or hack our website or booking system
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, threaten, or abuse instructors, staff, or fellow students
Copy or distribute any of our digital content without permission
Record or distribute any class content without written consent

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access without a refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We uphold a strict no refund policy unless otherwise stated. Class cancellations must follow the rules listed on our booking platform (typically 8–12 hours notice for credit return). No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of class credit plus an additional fee.

Workshops, intensives, and special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Certified Baddie Studio LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, choreography, photos, videos, class formats, and materials are the intellectual property of Certified Baddie Studio LLC or its content creators. You may not copy, share, or distribute any of this material without written consent.

This includes but is not limited to:

Online video tutorials
“Certified Baddie” branding
Baddie Bootcamp curriculum
Digital class recordings

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certified Baddie Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation from your use of our services.

Participation in any dance or fitness activity carries inherent risk. You agree to assume full responsibility for your health and safety and waive liability for any injuries sustained while participating in our services, on-site or online.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any behavior we deem harmful to our community, staff, or business.

No refunds will be issued in cases of suspension or termination due to user misconduct.

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may use or link to third-party platforms, tools, or services (e.g., Mariana Tek, Squarespace, YouTube, Instagram). Certified Baddie Dance LLC is not responsible for any content, data policies, or practices of third-party services.

Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms of service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
